Application: Very gritty.
Grade: 4 

Zoya - Ziv

 Manicure: Two coats of "Ziv".

Application: Quite good. A little tricky the first coat.
Grade: 3 

Zoya - Rekha

 Manicure: Two coats of "Rekha".

Application: Covers bad and is streaky.
Grade: 2

Zoya - Harper

 Manicure: One coat of Nail Pattern Boldness "Glitter-a-peel", two coats of "Harper" + Seche Vite.

Application: Good!
Grade: 3 (I love pink, but this just wasn´t my shade. And it showed VNL.)

Brand Presentation - Zoya

It was a long time ago I had a Brand Presentation! But now it´s time for another one. This time I chose the mainstream brand Zoya. I doubt many people reading nail polish blogs don´t know about them. 

Zoya is avaliable worldwide as far as I know. The bottles are big, and very expensive here in Sweden. In the town of Gothenburg they have an exclusive Zoya store, a little shop filled with nothing else but Zoya nail polishes. I can tell you that when I first found it I almost fainted. I never bought anything there however. Purchasing them online from eBay or Amazon is a lot cheaper. 

Mavala - Pure Diamond

Manicure: One coat of Nail Pattern Boldness "Glitter-a-peel", two coats of Essie "Midnight Cami" + two coats of "Pure Diamond".
Application: Superb!

 Manicure: One coat of Essie "Power Clutch" + two coats of "Standing Ovation".

Application: Perfect!
Grade: 4

Oriflame - Silver Dream

Manicure: Four coats of "Silver Dream".

Application: I didn´t think it was a topper, but it needed four coats to cover.
Grade: 2

 Manicure: One coat of Nfu Oh "Aqua Base", two coats of Celestial "Pink Posy" + two coats of "335".

Application: It was good!
Grade: 3

Prismatic Silver Glitter Week

Saturday night I realized I hadn´t prepared any blog posts for the coming week. Panic! I am usually at least three weeks ahead. What else to do than to start swatching? I hardly ever just swatch. I like wearing the polish I apply for at least a day before I remove it. 

Anyway, this time I had to in order to get a week put together so I spent at least a couple of hours composing and combining colors and glitter. Even though it felt a little hasty it sure was fun and I got a sweet tooth for painting my nails again!

Glam Polish - Trinity

 Manicure: Two coats of "Trinity" + Seche Vite.

Application: Simply great.
Grade: 4 

Glam Polish - Truth Be Told

 Manicure: Two coats of "Truth Be Told" + Seche Vite.

Application: The first coat didn´t cover very well. The second was perfect.
Grade: 4

Glam Polish - Scar Tissue

 Manicure: Two coats of "Scar Tissue" + Seche Vite.

Application: Always so good.
Grade: 4

Glam Polish - Homicidal Tendencies

 Manicure: Two coats of "Homicidal Tendencies" + Seche Vite.

Application: So smooth!

 Manicure: Two coats of "Dex, Lies & Videotape" + Seche Vite.

Application: No problem at all.

Collection Week - Glam Polish "Darkly Dreaming" part 2

Sometimes I wonder what the weather is like in the eastern side of the US. Thoughts like "is it still fall there?" or "I wonder if it snowed yet over there?" goes through my mind. It´s probably because I used to spend a lot of time over there in the past and sometimes miss doing so. I don´t think I have been there for about seven years now.  It´s been a long time...

Anyway, we still have luck on the west coast here in Sweden. No snow in sight and the air has been pleasant and warm for quite a while. It has made it possible for me to spend a lot of time in the outdoors which I love doing. I use to say that the woods are my church.

The second part of the fall/horror themed "Darkly Dreaming" collection from Glam Polish will continue delivering amazing glitter holos. Enjoy!
