Indie ABC-Challenge Week 5: S-T-V

It´s five thirty in the morning here and the world outside is already wide awake. People are driving by my house, the birds are singing their hearts out and the sun is rising by the church. It is really early in the morning. Id´d like to go back to bed...

Rescue Beauty Lounge - Locavore

Manicure: Two coats of "Locavore".

Note: Very cute micro glitter polish. Covers very well alone. Kind of smells though.

Peita´s Polish - Pink Blitz

Manicure: Two coats of "Pink Blitz".

Note: Application was all right. Shows a bit of VNL after two coats.

Oopsie Daisies - Mojito Mist

Manicure: Three coats of "Mojito Mist".

Note: I just never succeed with these type of polishes. They are so hard to apply and this one didn´t want to stick to the nail at all.

Northern Star - Heart to Heart

Manicure: Two coats of Kiko "Dark Flamingo Pink" + one coat and some fished out hearts of "Heart to Heart".

Note: It was quite heavy on the base. The glitter didn´t want to come out.

Indie ABC-Challenge Week 4: N-O-P-R

My fourth week of ABC polishes! It really is a lot of fun to do this. I´ve been discovering polishes and brands I didn´t even know I owned, he he. I think that is a pretty common thing for us nail polish addicts to have it that way. The blogging really helps me to feel motivated to keep sorting the collection and most of all to try out different color combos and brands.

Model City - Love Hurts

Manicure: Three coats of Emily de Molly "It´s Complicated" and one dabbed coat of "Love Hurts"
Note: This bottle pf polish had dried up a little and the base had turned yellowish with age.
Grade: 3 

Laquerlicious - Delicate Blossoms

Manicure: Two coats of "Delicate Blossoms" and Essie "Gel Setter".
Note: Application was a bit tricky. It sparkles beautifully and the glitter does not drown in the base at all. Such a unique polish!

KBShimmer - Proud Peacock

Manicure: Three to four coats of "Proud Peacock" and Colors by Llarowe "Smooth Operator Topcoat".

Note: It was super hard to apply. Draggy and sheer. With four coats it looks a little lumpy on the nail.

ILNP - Skyskraper

Manicure: Three to four coats of "Skyscraper" and Colors By Llarowe "Smooth Operator Top Coat".

Note: It was very sheer but built up nicely.

Indie ABC-Challenge Week 3: I-K-L-M

Happy Easter! I know it´s kind of over, but I like celebrating holidays for a long time. Especially Easter which is a season that represent the start of spring for me. And nothing tastes better than spring!

My ABC challenge is continuing with four new wonderful Indie polishes. I just couldn't find an Indie polish starting with the letter "J" so I had to skip over that one. Anyone who knows if there are any?

Hare Polish - The Norwegians are Leaving!

Manicure: Three coats of "The Norwegians are Leaving!".

Note: I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. Very pretty!
Grade: 3,5 

Great Lakes Lacquer - Fluidly Flowing

Manicure: Two coats of "Fluidly Flowing" and Essie "Gel Setter".

Note: So smooth to apply! I love the color too.

Note: Covers well in two coats. The flakies you can see in the bottle weren´t visible on the nails.
