Weekly Polish Haul - Week 17

Last weekend I went to an indoor arena flea market. My boyfriend and I decided to sell some of our stuff there so I got access really early to all kinds of delicious items before the market was even officially open.

It was a great time. I didn't make much money but I did buy some nail polish!

Oriflame - Sweet Orange

 

Manicure: Three coats of "Sweet Orange".
Application: Takes a few coats to get coverage.
Grade: 4
 

Nordic Cap of Sweden - NP07

 

Manicure: Two coats of "NP07".
Application: Pretty smooth.
Grade: 2

Luminelle - Fresh Agrume

 

Manicure: Three coats of "Fresh Agrume".
Application: Good but it takes three coats to get rid of the vnl.
Grade: 2

Isadora - Coral Crush

 

Manicure: Two coats of "Coral Crush".
Application: Absolutely perfect.
Grade: 4

Color Week - Orange

Anybody here who likes the color orange? I must say it´s probably one of my least favorite colors. Still I have managed to collect quite a few orange nail polishes. That is very peculiar indeed...



Weekly Polish Haul - Week 16

A bit of a modest haul this week, don´t you think? Even though, I am very happy about these two. The O.P.I is a Liquid Sand I have been craving for for a long time now and the Winter Crush polish is the final bottle to complete my collection for the Pierre Renee sugar polishes.

Different Dimension - Pegasus

 

Manicure: Nfu Oh "Aqua Base", two coats of "Pegasus" + Seche Vite.
Application: Nice and creamy.
Grade: 4

Different Dimension - Jill

 

Manicure: Two coats of "Jill" + Seche Vite.
Application: A little sheer. Perhaps 3 coats next time?
Grade: 5++

Different Dimension - Jack

 

Manicure: Two coats of "Jack" + Seche Vite.
Application: Just fine.
Grade: 4

Different Dimension - Bo Peep

 

Manicure: Two coats of "Bo Peep" + Seche Vite.
Application: Quite all right.
Grade: 4

Brand Presentation - Different Dimension

The time has come to talk about another of my favorite brands: Different Dimension. It is a USA based indie brand and they make the most fantastic polishes. Aside from making nail polish they are also creating cuticle oil in more scents than you can ever imagine. I am always using Different Dimension´s oil after a manicure to make my cuticles look less dry and uneven. Right now the scent I´m using is "Cotton Candy". Yum!

Weekly Polish Haul - Week 15

These four beauties are a part of the Depend´s "Once Upon a Time" collection. This collection came out in stores this spring as Limited Edition polishes. Depend´s LE releases are usually pretty hard to find so it took me a while to locate them. It´s not making it easier since one of the stores where I go shopping for polish in my home town is closing up soon.

I do like these four a lot, there were four more in this collection I believe but they were all cremes so I decided to skip them. I have already started to use these so I´m sure they will be up on my blog pretty soon!

Application: Awesome.

Cupcake Polish - Wish

 

Manicure: Two-three coats of "Wish" + Seche Vite.
Application: Pretty sheer due to it´s jelly base.
Grade: 4

Dreamland - Everything I Do

 

Manicure: Two coats of "Everything I Do" + Seche Vite.
Application: Awesome.
Grade: 5

Cupcake Polish - 4 Years and Blossoming

 

Manicure: Two coats of "4 Years and Blossoming" + Seche Vite.
Application: Easy.
Grade: 5

Perfect Pink Polish Week

Who doesn't absolutely love the perfectly pink nail polish shade? I know that I do and I am hoping most people around me do! I have been picking out some different shades of pink from my indie collection and all of them have a perfect shade in their own way.
