Manicure: Two to three coats of "Monet´s Garden" and two coats of Seche Vite.

Application: Great glitter payoff.
Grade: 4

Manicure: Three coats of "Dirty Deeds".

Application: It was hard to make it cover, yet not making it too thick.
Grade: 2  

Finish Week - Jelly Glitter

It´s been a long week fighting a cold and having to deal with my neck problem in the process. I´ve been trying to do the best of the situation and getting a lot of things done. I am almost finished emptying my attic from childhood things; sorting them and deciding what to keep, sell or throw away.  

Glitter jelly is a finish I have a hard time to get along with. Applying them right usually pays off, the depths of these polishes when you can see the bottom layered glitters through the jelly is a stunning sight you can´t create with any other type of polish. Yet I find them hard to work with and hard to make look nice. Well, the result of these four will show up here on my blog the following week!

Nordic Cap of Sweden - NP66

Manicure: One coat of "NP66".

Application: Amazing cover. A wonderful budget polish.
Grade: 3 

Nordic Cap of Sweden - NP58

Manicure: Two coats of "NP58".

Application: Like butter! <3
Grade: 4 leaning 5.  

Nordic Cap of Sweden - NP44

Manicure: Three coats of "NP44".

Application: Took a bit of work to get the drag marks out.
Grade: 3

Application: This is so good!

Nordic Cap of Sweden Shimmer Polish Week

Returning to some Swedish budget polishes again! I´ve been trying to go through and swatch some of my budget brands in order to select the ones worth keeping. Doing that I chose these four beauties and put together a week for them.

Rainbow Honey - Celestia

Manicure: Two coats of  "Celestia".

Application: It´s so blue in the bottle but not on the nail. 
Grade: 2

  

Rainbow Honey - I Miss You

Manicure: One coat of Nordic Cap of Sweden "NP 66", one coat of "I Miss You" + Seche Vite.

Application: I just dipped the brush in and LOTS of glitter came out with it.
Grade: 4  

Rainbow Honey - Foxglove Foxtrot

Manicure: Nail Pattern Boldness "Glitter-a-peel", two coats of Essie "Beyond Cozy" and one coat of "Foxglove Foxtrot".

Application: I should have sponged it.
Grade: 4 

Rainbow Honey - Sparkling Agave

Manicure: Two coats of "Sparkling Agave".
Application: Ok I guess. Shows a bit of vnl.
Grade: 2

   

Brand Presentation - Rainbow Honey

Today I took an exciting walk in the woods together with my fiancé and my dogs. It brought us along meadows, through deep forest, past a vicious waterfall and through deep snow. 

Now to the polish!

Rainbow Honey does not longer make and sell nail polish. I believe it was an Indie brand based in the US while it was around. I managed to get a few bottles second hand and was able to try out the brand that way. The bottle shape is a bit different and I love the heart design on the side.   

H & M - Pink Fizz

Manicure: Two coats of Zoya "Olivera" and two coats of "Pink Fizz".

Application: So good!
Grade: 3

H & M - "unnamned"

Manicure: Two coats of Essie "The Lace Is On" and one coat of "unnamed".

Application: The glitter really sticks to the brush.
Grade: 2

H & M - Gold Glitter

Manicure: Two coats of Rainbow Honey "Sparkling Agave" and two coats of "Gold Glitter" .
Application: It was very hard to get out of the bottle.
Grade: 2

H & M - Electra

Manicure: One coat of Depend "2037" and two coats of "Electra".

Application: It was a bit hard to make the glitter leave the brush.
Grade: 2

H & M Glitter Topper Week

It´s been a crazy week for me at work. I have been going through an education for my profession to certify myself. I have also been offered an higher position within my workplace. The stress around making the decision whether to change my carrier or not alongside studying for the test I have to take to certify has left me exhausted.
I have managed to put together a blog week for this week in the middle of it all. Maybe not the most exciting one, but still.
