Depend - No. 438

Manicure: Three coats of "438"  + Seche Vite.
Application: Horrible. It dragged so much the only way I could apply it was to blob it on really thick and then quickly apply Seche Vite to even it out.
Grade: 2

Color Week - Pink

This is the last week before my summer holidays! For three weeks I will spend every single minute together with my dearest darling 1 and my dearest darling 2 (read "dog and husband" in that order). Seriously, it is going to be so nice to just spend time in the country at our cottage, and hopefully get at lot of work done around the yard too!
This week I am going to hold a color themed week with pink polishes from my collection. I´ve been trying to mix up different shades, finishes and brands, and succeeded pretty well with it.

Check back this coming week to find out which polishes these are!

Weekly Polish Haul - Week 25

The Midsummer weekend is over and so are the celebrations. Nature tuned along with a really nice thunder storm last night. The last couple of weeks I haven´t posted a Weekly Polish Haul for the simple reason that I haven´t gotten any new polishes for a long time (what??). And only one to show today...

Make Up Store - Greta

I know that mainstream holographic polishes are usually pretty lame compared to the amazing Indie ones. But still I can´t help collecting them if I get my hands on them for a decent price. Buying nail polish is not just for getting them to paint your nail with, but also just to have the actual bottle in the shelf, you know?

Brand Presentation - Perfect

First of all; how do you google "Perfect Nail Polish"? Well, I can tell you not much about this brand shows up. I simply can not find much information about it at all. It seems like it is a sort of budget mainstream brand which was available worldwide but doesn't exist anymore. I am either way very happy to have these. The holo effect is amazing and I had no problem applying them using an Aqua Base. There are eight of them all name "H", as in holographic I guess. H1, H2, H3 and so on. If you can get your hands on any of them, do it!

Perfect Holographic Nail Polish.

Collection Week - Oriflame French Manicure

This week I am going to present a whole collection from the Swedish cosmetic brand Oriflame. It is a collection of old bottles from their French Manicure line. Using these polishes is kind of how my interest for nail polish started. I loved how glossy and cute my nails looked in these. But that was a looong time ago, nowadays nothing beats the glittery sparkly Indie holos!!

"Gold Shimmer", "Ivory", "Morning Dew", "Rose Shimmer" and "Soft Peach".

Check back the coming week in order to see what these polishes look like on the nails!

H & M - Space Race

Manicure: Two coats of "Space Race"  + Seche Vite.
Application: Quite draggy. Will use with Aqua Base next time.
Grade: 3

When I saw this bottle at H & M I was like "WHOA a mainstream holo!!". It is not really that spectacular, we have all seen it before, but I still love it lots. I am indeed very curious how it will look with an Aqua Base, maybe the holo will get more prominent. And I have to take pictures of it outside in the sun! I have got to try it again soon!
