H & M - Cinnamon Spark

Manicure: Two coats of "Cinnamon Spark" + Seche Vite.
Application: Quite nice.
Grade: 4

I´m starting this week off with a bang! This one is really purdy. I know it looks a little meh in the pictures but it was very hard to catch the shifting of colors and the sparkly shimmer of blue and green. The bottle shot gives it more justice.

H & M Multichrome Week

A few years ago I bought myself another horse. He was imported from Ireland and then sold to a couple of girls in Sweden who couldn´t ride him. Which means of course he was the horse for me (aka I always manage to take water above my head). After years of training him I haven´t gotten very far and feel more and more frustrated about the situation. So I decide to try to find out more about his past in order to get a better understanding of what´s wrong with him (or me).
So, after a little research I find out that he has never been ridden like a horse-back-riding horse, he has only been trained and ridden as a race-horse. Which means he has never been taught how to turn and stop and obey his rider, only to run as fast as he can as soon as he gets someone on his back. Which is exactly how he behaves.
I feel so sorry for him, I feel sorry for myself and am thinking about the situation a lot. I strongly doubt that I have the knowledge and courage to re-train him and still I love my horse a whole lot!
Anyway, this week is dedicated for H & M. They have some really nice multichromes in their collection well worth looking into.

Isadora - Dazzling Aqua

Manicure: Three to four coats of "Dazzling Aqua" + Seche Vite.
Application: Very sheer and hard to build.
Grade: 3

For once the pictures are actually nicer than the polish looked in reality. It was quite sheer and showed a vnl on most fingers. I am torn when it comes to this one. Keep it or sell? I love the shade of blue but due to the sheerness I will most likely not put down work on a mani with it again.

Isadora - Angel Wings

Manicure: Two coats of "Angle Wings".
Application: Nice enough.
Grade: 2ish

I did try this polish over a base of a pink shimmer polish in order to make it even more shimmery and sparkly. All it did though was making the base polish look milky and cloudy. So I guess this one is supposed to be used by itself like a french manicure type of polish.

Brand Presentation - Isadora

Isadora is a Swedish cosmetic brand. They make all kinds of make up. Their products are available in most stores selling cosmetics as well as grocery stores and online shops. Along with Depend and
H & M they are probably the most common brand around here.
Their main line is what they call "Wonder Nail" but occasionally they release collections such as "Sugar Nails" and "Holographic Nails". I must say their sugar polishes are quite amazing.

Holographic China Glaze Polish Week

When I started getting into nail polish in a more serious way than just "slab on a pink or a red creme polish once a month or so", the holographic China Glaze polishes had both come and gone. Even though we are very spoiled nowadays being able to import amazing Indie holos from Australia and the US, these mainstream holos has their charm.
I can not say I have the ambition to collect them all, they seem a little too plain for me for that, but I enjoy buying a few here and there on Facebook if I see them up for sale second hand.

I´ve been to a flea market again. The very hugests one I´ve ever been to. It was taking place in Gothenburg and oh my! it was big. I honestly got so tired from walking around looking at thousands of selling stand that I almost collapsed. It was a hot day and it seemed everyone in Sweden was there. I did find a good amount of polish though and after checking them out at home most of them seems usable. Here they are!

O.P.I "Jinx", "Can´t Let Go", "Wonderous Star" and "Honey Ryder".

H & M "Did I Tell You?", Kicks "Moondust" and "Royal Velvet" + Oriflame "Vibrant Pink".

Depend 2057 "Beaming Berry", 2055 "Bronzy Breeze" and 2037 "Rose Copper", Misslyn "Ladies and Gentleman" + Anny "Rock Your Nails".
