Note: This one was ok to apply. I really like these matte, one colored glitters from Nordic Cap.

Note: Great application. Who could not think of The Vikings seeing this mani combo?

Note: It was pretty ok to apply. Not a real classic gold glitter topper, it´s more like orange.

Note: Great glitter payoff. This mani combo is to die for, I have to do it again sometime.

Nordic Cap of Sweden Glitter Topper Week

Heave ho! What a weekend it´s been! I´ve been spending my time with family and friends to celebrate the middle of the Swedish summer. We had such luck with the weather and did all the dancing, eating and playing games outside we wanted.

I must admit I am really lagging behind when it comes to polishing my nails. I´t just so much fun to be outside this time of year, far too fun to sit inside and paint my nails. I´ve still got a prepared week to show though. It might not be the most fun one, but still interesting enough to show off.  

Viva la Diva - Neon Green

Manicure: Three coats of "Neon Green".

Note: After three coats I just gave up. And it´s definitely not neon!

Manicure: Three coats of "Metallic Pink".

Note: I used three coats and it still showed the nail line.

Note: I´ve been searching the web for a name for this one but I can´t find it. It was hard to apply, but I managed to make it look ok after three coats.

Brand Presentation - Viva La Diva

"Viva La Diva - Absolutely fabulous makeup! STOCKHOLM" is what this week is going to be about. Like the slogan hints it´s a Swedish make up brand. They retail in a lot of different stores here in Sweden as well as selling their products online from their own web shop. When I click "Nail Polish" though it says "no products found". Maybe they stopped making polish, I really don´t know.

The four bottles i present here have been bought in cosmetic stores and at flea markets. They are usually pretty cheap brand new, but I wouldn´t call it a budget brand.    

Glam Polish - Hitting Does Not Solve Everything

Manicure: Two coats of "Hitting Does Not Solve Everything" and two coats of Seche Vite.

Note: All I have to say; I love it.

Note: It was quite draggy actually. I´ll use an Aqua Base or three coats next time.

Note: It was a little thick to apply. The pink shade looks darker on the nail than I expected.

Glam Polish Pair Nail Polish Week

Glam Polish (which happens to be my very favorite nail polish brand) sometimes release exclusive nail polishes which comes in pairs. You don´t have to buy both of them but it´s very hard not to since they are usually really lovely together. 

This week I´m presenting a couple of pairs I have managed to lay my hands on. I can promise they are all quite nice!

Maybelline - Ceramic Blue

Manicure: Two coats of "Ceramic Blue".

Note: This polish was terrible. I could almost not make it stick to the nails at all.

Maybelline - Metal Me Teal

Manicure: Two coats of "Metal Me Teal".

Note: Application was good but it stained my cuticles terribly removing it.

Maybelline - Hyper Jade

Manicure: Two coats of "Hyper Jade".

Note: Fairly easy to apply. Stains both nails and cuticles at removal.

Note: Application is awesome considering it´s age.
